Called to possible get a estimate and give some insight on my car and the hassle I had been given with it. The hispanic lady at the front desk was very rude, speaking over me and didn't even wanna listen, hung up because she felt like what I was saying was unnecessary. Called back, the Caucasian lady took her side and immediately got rude. Wouldn't give them a penny. Highly un-recommend.

Very friendly people, I expect to have my vehicle returned by 90 days but it got done sooner which was a plus. Great finish on my paint with some smooth blend into the original paint. The only thing I wasn't fully aware was the 500 deductible at the end but not a problem the professional finish made up for it! Service: Body & Trim

Our only family vehicle had to have the door fixed along with some other parts. Although they were able to return the vehicle to us within a month, some other issues became apparent later on. We took the vehicle back 3 times for these minor issues to be fixed but we could tell that our rep, Lorrie was getting annoyed. She was a bit intense and very straight-forward but we figured it was just her personality. One of the issues was the non-functional trunk button located in the door that had to be fixed. When my husband once again took the vehicle in, he was sent home 20 minutes later and was told by Lorrie that they just had to play with the button a few times for it to work again. This ended up being a temporary solution so when the button once again stopped working, i called ABRA to confront them and hopefully get it fixed. Lorrie mistook my frustration, denied what my husband had said and told me that I was aggressive and demanding. Yet, we never said anything about her behavior an
