I was on a road trip and a far way away from home when my engine temperature light came on. I found most shops closest to me were closed, so I made my way to tolberts & although it was a busy Saturday morning, they got me in quickly with no appointment. The gentleman working on my vehicle walked me though and showed me everything he was doing & even gave me a card so I could call if I had any other issues. I’m so thankful they were able to help me on such short notice & help get me home safely!!
Called for a wheel bearing replacement price and the associate who answered the phone was loud and very rude. Was not actively listening to what I was saying. Customer service sucks
Said he could clean out my converters check engine light might come on but the engine could breath and run great. WRONG. I am now educated about $800.00 worth and not to mention the $400.00 for them to destroy my exhaust. -5 stars would be what I would rate this outfit. Go to Benny's be patient even if you pay double you still save by not using that shop. Service: Exhaust
