Jamie is always willing to help whenever I have a problem. Great location..I shop here instead of the other parts stores just for the top notch service!
If you wonder why O'Reillys parking lot is empty and Advanced Auto is not, it's all about the customer service. Both times I have been to OReillys, the staff have all been on the phone or too busy to help me. A kind hello and a friendly person are really all someone needs at times, especially a lady who doesn't know what part she needs for her car.
Super helpful and friendly staff. I left work and noticed I had a headlight bulb out and I sure didn't want to take the dark roads home without both light working (nevermind the cops bothering me about it, lol) so I popped in for a set of replacement bulbs. Both gentlemen there were helpful and even let me borrow a socket (10mm ????????) and ratchet so I could get the bulbs in. The store was clean and well stocked even though I didn't get a chance to browse the car wash aisle to see what they carried. Convenient location and great staff made it a good visit with no complaints.
