Took my car up there over a brake fluid reservoir coming off and needing a possible master cylinder and it's been sitting up there for a week I could have bought the part and done the fix myself. Never had a experience like this with them before

Before I took my car there, I stopped by and talked to the owner. I told him about what it was doing, and asked when a good time to bring my car over would be. He gave me a day, about 2 weeks out, which is understandable. I know they are busy and I figured if he was telling me when I could send the car over that he would look at it when it got there. WRONG. I am not exaggerating when I say that This dude kept my car for over six months. Each time I called to check on it, I’d get some kind of runaround about how he had “one car in front of it” when I finally got fed up with waiting and put the screws on him to get it finished (it was a convertible and spring had turned to fall and I wanted to get a little bit of enjoyment out of it before it got too cold) he told me it was done, so I ubered over there to get it. 1. When he gave it back to me it was SO FILTHY from sitting outside for 6 months that I couldn’t even see out the windshield. If I owned a shop, I would be embarrassed to give
