Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Kept pushing upsells and when I declined they basically told me to screw off. Super unprofessional and rude, I was told to email a picture of my vehicle and I would be responded to, I received no response so I scheduled an appointment instead just to drive an hour for something that could have been answered on that email.

I took my precious Porsche to Maaco for repairs cause by someone rear-ended me. I will say that I was a little skeptical, but I must admit that they did amazing work. They overstood my concerns and needs. I would definitely recommend them!!

2023 Kia Carnival with minor damage to rear bumper. I found the prices at Maaco very competitive. Had 2 other quotes for this repair and Maaco was the best, by quite a bit in fact. Ordering parts took a bit ~6 weeks but Bryce is great, he reached out a few times just to keep me up to date. Once parts did arrive took 2 days for repair as promised. Car looks brand new. And they gave it a thorough and much needed cleaning inside and out. That was so nice my wife said wow we should wreck the car more often ;-) Would absolutely recommend this Maaco to family and friends. Maaco will be my first call for any future auto body repairs.
