Unusually have great experiences here but today I had all 4 tires replaced, I get in my car and there are 3 large scratches on my radio screen. I just had this replaced at the dealer, it was expensive and I spend a lot of time taking care of my vehicle. I’m going to need to start putting a camera in my car while it’s being worked on.
We got there before 6:30 just to grab jumper cables knowing they close at 7. They saw me coming to the door and shut their lights off quick. I went through the front to get in go to the back and the doors are open lights still off. Terrible service to see a customer and pretend to be closed.
Can't get oil changed cause nobody will do it. They should hire more people or just shut it down. I was there at 1045 said they where going to lunch till 1 and there's never a good time to bring your car in. Been turned away a few times now. It was convenient at one time but know why bother.
