Ultimate automotive always is honest with us about service that we need or don't need for our vehicle and has always been there for us to help us out with our various vehicle needs through the years. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about anything you need to about your vehicle and help you figure out the best options for your budget
I thought my alternator was going out while on a road trip, Ultimate Automotive we're able to fit me in at short notice. They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem (a corroded wire), and had me back on the road in no time.
Yesterday we got our Traverse fixed and we couldn't be happier. Rob took care of us and the crew even noticed another fix that was needed that one of the big dealers in town missed upon their initial inspection. They are good, honest, and Midwest nice type of folks! We have confidence now that we will be taken care of for our future needs. Thank you!
