So thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic. They always call before they do repairs, and they explain the issues in ways that I can understand. Their shuttle service is extremely convenient, and the customer service is exceptional. David and Cole have basically become best friends since my car is in the shop all the time. ???? I’d highly recommend Ultimate Automotive for any of your automotive needs!!
Always great service. Monty and the team at Ultimate Automotive east are always great to deal with and I feel like they always treat me fairly when it comes to my cars service needs. They are not pushy and are great at walking me through any recommendations. My cars’ battery is getting low and instead of pushing me to get a new battery, they gave me the test results and told me what some of my options were.
