Had a great experience with Pierre’s Body shop! They were amazing! I was having issues with the insurance company of the individual who hit my car and they were great about assisting with getting things lined up with the insurance company as well as working with Enterprise for a rental car. For some odd reason the insurance company can’t put in a request for a rental car unless it’s a Monday or Tuesday so Pierre’s was great about loaning me a car for 3 days since my car would be in the shop for a week and made sure Enterprise had me covered the rest of the way! We unfortunately have been in a couple accidents over the past several years and have needed to have work done on our vehicles. Pierre's has always been fantastic about getting us in for a quote quickly and has gone over the top working with the insurance companies regarding payment.
