And I was right they did an evaluation of my transmission to evaluate it and let me know that it was still in good running condition without charging me an arm and a leg. Jim's Transmission was hands-down the best place I could have ever gone for a new transmission. The guys working were great at keeping me informed and up-to-date with what was going on, as well as giving me a ride to and from work when necessary. They brought tears to my eyes when I picked my car up and they had a little goodie bag waiting for me. Having to go without a car is stressful. Having to deal with the unknown cost of repairs is stressful. But finding a place where the employees are friendly, communicative, and appreciative of your business is priceless.
