After this I will bad mouth billion for the rest of my life . I have never felf more like a number in my life. Empty promises ,horrible customer services besides the girls that answer the phone and I work in the parts industry. But its ok its only one customer billion just a number. I bought a new traverse from Billion Chevy and it was a horrible experience. Two weeks after buying the vehicle I was hit in the front drivers side corner. I was very upset. I took it to the collision center and Eric was great to work with. I had state Farm insurance ad he worked with them to get the repairs paid for. I was able to get a rental vehicle to use. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful also. When I got my vehicle back it was just like new. I would definitely recommend Eric and the collision center. Brought our Toyota truck in to have repairs done from vandalism that had occurred. Very friendly and welcoming and even dealt with our insurance directly. Super easy to work with and the finished work on the truck was amazing. Looked brand new! So happy we took our vehicle here - highly recommend!
