If I could give a negative number I would... This is the worst experience I have ever had... They are rude, non-cooperative and wouldn't even submit part of the claim to the insurance company.. WTH.. Unless you are someone who enjoys being frustrated and likes dealing with rude people... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ABRA NORTH.

I had an awful experience here, they LOST my vehicle. To give a little back story I had to get my windshield replaced by abra they told me when I dropped my vehicle off in the morning it would take around 4-5 hrs to complete, which is no big deal. After dropping my vehicle at 8:30am I called around 2pm to see if it was done and they told me it was in calibration for the cameras and it would be done soon. (Confirmed with the person I talked to that it would be done before they closed at 5, it wasn’t) About 4:50 they called me to let me know the guy that was supposed to do calibrations was not in today. So I would be done the next morning which was not going to work since I had to drive back 150 miles that night and work at 4:30am. So abra gave me a loner and sent me to their south location to retrieve my belongings out of my vehicle turns out it wasn’t there and had never been delivered to the south location. I have taken my car here twice after a major car accident and both times it came back looking and working great. I was provided email updates every few days. When i called with questions I never felt like I was an inconvenience. My insurance was nothing short of a hot mess and thankfully ABRA had it together to help make the experience better and less of a headache.
