Tried to call to get details about a service but no answer, so I drove up and when I went inside, I saw the phone was hanging off the hook. Then they told me they weren't doing the service I needed at the time because they were "short staffed". If they had taken my call, I wouldn't have had to go up there in the first place and waste my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. Do not recommend.
Customer service lacks severely. Waited 20 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Then waited another 2 1/2 hours to have 2 tires put on. Pricing is very fair and always competitive but the aggrevation just doesn't seem worth it.
They were able to get me in for an oil change quickly!
