They are always wonderful and helpful. I prefer the liberty location over Broad St. It’s always much faster (which is great when you have kids) and they are very friendly. They always go out of their way to help me with extra stuff other than just changing my oil and sending me off. They never try to upsell or tell me something needs fixed that doesn’t like you would typically see at dealerships.
One guy (white male) talked my ear off about why he would never buy the brand of car I had and then proceeded to tell me why he would never join the military as I am sitting there....in my uniform. They also did not have all the required equipment needed for my oil changed and I had to wait for someone to do a shopping run to get everything.
The people were great, service was quick and price wasn't too bad. I would love to have a drive up place like this by me in Michigan!
