Great experience. Alex - the manager - was awesome. Took the time to describe all the options Tire Choice offers compared to their competitors and also described the quality tiers of tires. Highly recommend their services.
My tire had been slowly leaking air for the last two days. Called Aleq and he was super polite. You guys had the tire that I needed in stock. When I called to ask about the progress Aleq was super helpful and was happy to update me. He also answered my question about what had happened to my tire specifically. It took a reasonable amount of time. Great service!
I'm new to the area and needed to get my break fluid serviced, so I called to make an appointment. I was told I could bring it in and be in and out in about 30 minutes. I went in and was told someone would be with me soon. I waited about 20 minutes at desk, unassisted, before deciding to leave.
