I was very impressed with the work they did. I couldn't tell that I hit a deer. The staff was nice and friendly. I got text updates and got my SUV in within the time frame they provided for me. I got in a car wreck and took my car to John Harris for repairs. The store and lobby was clean and staff was professional. The repairs were completed 3 business days ahead of schedule and with care! The damaged parts of my vehicle now look brand new! So new, I almost thought the rim that was replaced was the wrong color, but my other rims are just obviously dirty, lol! Should I ever unfortunately end up in another accident, I know where to take my car to get the best repairs! Definitely recommend!

My driver side mirror was installed by Gerber and fell off shortly thereafter. Gerber says that it was not their fault and told me to go to Hyundai on Clemson Road where Gerber purchased it and have them take a look at it and I should get a new mirror for Gerber to put back on my vehicle. I went to Hyundai and have not heard back from them yet. I should not have to be investigating what exactly went on here and should be given the respect a customer deserves. I went over a bump in a construction zone in Charlotte on I77 when the mirror fell off. I believe it was not installed correctly and should be under warranty. A simple bump should not have caused the mirror to fall off! I want you and Hyundai to be diligent about this situation and have it taken care of. I shouldn’t have to be doing the legwork when something is definitely wrong with the installation of the mirror. I need this taken care of and I need it soon.
