Good Samaritans. These guys happened to pull up to the gas station where I was dealing with a broken valve stem—so my tire was deflating and I needed to change it but had no tools. I approached them to ask for advice—maybe an estimate for what needs to be done. I told them I don’t have tools to change a tire. Before I knew it they had my tire changed—literally 5 mins. And they didn’t charge me anything. I was stranded there for a while because my fam and friends weren’t picking up so this really helped me out. I also just had to replace my two front tires so I had no money left to fix this new issue. This really made my week and made my heart warm. I’ll be seeking their business for future tire needs. ❤️ Thank you so much!!

This company is awesome! Very professional, accommodating, and friendly. I was so impressed with the young man who helped my family and me. We had a flat tire at 7:30pm on a Saturday evening and all tire stores were closed. We were from out of state and called Empire Tire world. I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did!!!!!!!! They met us where we had the flat tire and had us back on the road in an hour!
