i would like to say thank you to Tim for helping me get the exact part I needed for my vehicle and at a much more affordable price than all the other competitors. between customer service from summerville to my visit at the north Charleston store to pick my part the same day was nothing less than awesome experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking for same day parts in stock and a friendly professional experience to visit parks auto parts first. thanks to everyone and thank you again Tim.
This is for the 165/17 location. I didn't expect the red carpet treatment, but I didn't expect to be flat out ignored when I walked in. I was taught when I worked at auto zone to always acknowledge the customer. That did not happen. This location continues to have poor customer service.
