Quick and easy service. First time I decided to wait and was pleasantly surprised it did not take long at all.
Friendly efficient service. Lady told me the wait time would be about an hour. I was out the door with the job complete in under 40 minutes. Thank you very much.
I've purchased and had my vehicles serviced at Vic Bailey Honda for several years now. They always do a great job with routine services and any warranty or recall work. the staff is very friendly. waiting area could be more comfortable its right in a busy walkway near bathrooms and seating needs updating but overall not terrible. only reason i did not give 5 stars is due to the fact that services always take forever. oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection with an appoinment you can expect to wait at minimum an hour usually closer to an hr and a half.
