TCK Mobile Mechanic

These guys saved the day! My radiator went out in my Suburban and they were able to pick up parts and fix the same day in my apartment complex. They were very professional and their pricing is fair. Had an appointment for July24th in the evening. The diapatcher called and asked if they could reschedule which I was okay with. They said they would be there at 9am on the 25th. They showed up late, didn’t knock on the door when they couldn’t find the key (which was sitting on the seat of the 4wheeler right next to the car) and just left. Couldn’t get in touch with technicians or office except one time, where I was told they would be right back. Here it is 3pm and no answer and no technicians on site. Had to call another mobile mechanic who took care of the problem immediately. Will not use or recommend them to anybody. Terrible accountability and customer service. I would leave a half a star if I could.

Have been promised for three days that I was the next person on the list stayed home from work with no vehicle. Talked to the secretary 4 separate times and was told I was next on the list. It was assured they would show up for the last 3 days. Horrible customer service, horrible communication!! Had truck towed to my house instead of service center for $200 because they said they would be here Monday. Now have to pay for another tow. Horrible business that has lost me days of work waiting for a mechanic that never showed up
