These guys are good! If you're an enthusiast, like me, you do most of your own maintenance, and you always source your own parts. You're wary of a lot of mechanics, but sometimes, you don't have the time or energy to DIY. The problem is, many mechanics won't work with outside parts, and many of those that do offer poor work. Precision Tune is the place you're looking for to get your goodies installed, no questions asked, by the book, on schedule, and on estimate. It's a large chain, a franchise, for sure, nothing fancy going on here. But, the technicians know their stuff and do a good job. I think they're using AllData for their estimates and procedures, which keeps surprises to a minimum for everybody. If you're bringing your own parts, diagnosis is on you, and you'll get no extra part warranties, but you knew that.

The facility is always clean. They offer drinks while you wait. The prices are the best I have found. I enjoy getting my service done here.

Same customer experience I’ve gotten since I have been coming to them since college. The front store clerk took my call and let me know that I only had a five minute wait for an oil change. On top of the great service, the clerk was sure to apply a coupon for me before I could even ask. The service this location provides is true and honest. They let you know what to expect before repairing or working on your car and work as fast as possible providing quality service.
