Update: BMW is now 23 years old. Heads Up Automotive continues to keep my car in just about like new condition. Could not be happier with staff and service. Previous: Just awesome. I have a 20 year old BMW Z3. After 20 years there are a few things that need attention. I have never felt as comfortable or trusting of a service provider. The professionalism, quality, thoroughness and value are just awesome. No over selling of services. Initial assessment indicated critical vs non-critical items. No pressure to do anything. And most importantly I felt like I was the only customer. Service: Engine repair

I've had both my X Series and 5 Series BMWs serviced at Heads Up in one week. Both service experiences were outstanding; repairs were completed in a timely manner, I was apprised of service updates regularly, and dropping off/picking up at off hours was convenient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Following service, both vehicles were driven long distances (500 mi/750 mi) and rode like butter! Thank you!
