Our windshield wiper broke off on the highway in the middle of pouring rain, this was the closest spot we could get to. The shop owner replaced it for free! So I guess I'm writing a positive review :) Thanks for helping us out in a tough spot!

Long story short I was on my way home from spending the holidays with my parents. A truck didn’t secure what they where hauling so of course, I ended up with it, smashing into the bottom half of my Escape. Panicked I pulled over and a nice gentleman told me the directions to crossroads (after roadside wouldn’t help). I’m 400miles from home with the underneath of my escape scraping against the bottom of the asphalt as I pull in almost crying. They had me in and out in less than 10min. I honestly don’t know what I would have done. So thank you so so much.

I was blown away with the service I received here at Crossroads! I needed a new headlight installed on my Ford Expedition and two fog lights replaced. The manager and his sweet daughter searched for the best deal for almost a week until they suggested I order a part. They took time out of their busy days to help me not pay a fortune and get me exactly what I needed. They also didn’t overcharge for labor costs and got the job done quickly and perfectly!
