Useless. 2 reputable certified mechanics agreed damage was NOT normal wear and tear on a 3 yr old car. That the rear axle was most likely bent due to being involved in a rear end collision. Since chris likes to call his bad google reviews and argue….look forward to hearing from you.

My experience was wonderful! Taylor kept me informed by text every step of the way, and I had no issues whatsoever throughout the whole process. There was a slight misunderstanding in the beginning about how much my deductible was, but that was straightened out immediately without me having to press the issue. Austin did great work and kept us informed the entire time my car was there. I highly recommend this company. Quality work in a timely manner and everyone there was very nice and helpful. The place itself was very neat and clean, not what I expected for a body shop! They even have popcorn, coffee, and water in the lobby. If you need a rental car they can call Enterprise just down the street and someone will pick you up to take you to get your rental car. This extra effort is very convenient. Service: Body & Trim
