German owned and very German if you know what I mean! Price seemed fair. Knowledge seemed very good. I believe that the work was good quality although not time enough to judge. I would return. Returned: very good experience they exhibited honesty and excellence. Nice in today's world. Will go there when any action on car is needed.

Outstanding customer service, fair prices, and skilled mechanics. Saved me a ton of money compared to the dealership. Went to the Volkswagen dealership for a check engine light diagnostic and they charged me $200 for the diagnostic alone (which is already a rip off) and quoted me $770 in repairs for a fuse blown in the hood, an oxygen sensor replacement, and engine cleaner. A quick google search would show that that is way more expensive than it should be so I brought my car in here to get a second opinion. They told me that the dealership was lying about the fuse, and obviously no need for engine cleaner and quoted me at a way lower cost for the oxygen sensor. Came to roughly half the cost that the dealership quoted me at. They ordered the oxygen sensor and had the wrong one come in twice in a row that didn't end up fitting my car and then on the third visit they were able to fix it and they waived the labor cost for the hassle.
