I was recommended to this place by a gentleman at O'Reillys. All I needed was a new spark plug. They were too busy to take me today. And that's completely understandable. But it's was super uninviting. No one even greeted me and when I asked questions I felt their annoyance. They just had very unwelcoming deemenors. I'm All about supporting small businesses. But their attitudes made me unwilling to want to do business with them in the future if that's how my experience will be.
The guys do their job professionally. My wheels were rebalanced perfectly - now no vibration at all. It is also possible to pay by card. Thank you!!!
We were on a road trip. Our check engine light came on. We pulled into Guerrero's . They had multiple employees come out and check on us. They fixed our problem (replaced the ignition coil) and we were back on the road in less than 1.5 hrs. We are so thankful for them.
