Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center of North Charleston

Haven't really had a good experience since I started going here. I got a package with free oil changes when I bought my car here. My prior visit they said I would need new brakes soon. I went today and they said my breaks were in good condition. I brought that up and they got a second opinion for me. Turns out I do need new breaks.... That being said, I left my car there all day and I would have liked to have known I needed new breaks and would have had them replace them before I came to pick my car up. My car was ready after about 2 hrs but it was there for 4-5 hrs.

Good place for service of vehicle. Fair prices.

I don’t love this place. My wrangler came with a warranty with maintenance and oil changes. It can be hard to get my vehicle in and the wait is often long. However I give a good rating based alone on Scott whose always working hard in there and always friendly. Even when people are rude or upset he keeps his cool and manages the situations, even tho they are not his fault. I’ve watched this over the last 2 years I’ve been bringing my Jeep in. In my opinion if the dealership is going to offer oil changes and maintenance with the vehicles they sell, they should also have a separate shop that can accommodate. This quick lane is not quick, anyone can bring their vehicles in and that pushes back the wait times for people with warranties. Service: Oil change
