Buyer beware. DO NOT do business with this shop. took my vehicle to get fixed after accident and 3 weeks later, picked it up, drove it home only to discover issues still exist. i called the very next day and explained that there were still issues and was told it was not their responsibility. call your insurance company, i was told. bottom line... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR, follow up was non-existent and the interactions after pick up have been extremely DIFFICULT. trust me there are so many other good shops that truly understand how to treat their customers right! unfortunately this shop and the owners DAN is not one of them. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!!

I actually work for Hendrick Honda as a service advisor, and have worked with many body shops over the years. Dealing with platinum has been an amazing experience. Staci that works in the office, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely organized and prompt.

We had our front door painted the same color as our 2021 Chevy Tahoe-cherry red tint coat. Stacey and her team did a fantastic job! Everyone who has seen it has commented about the fine paint job and how beautiful it looks!
