Even though they are minimal manned and are flooded with customers, they still manage to get work done within a reasonable amount of time. You may have to drop your vehicle off with them, but they'll still get to you within a day. Excellent service and they keep you well informed. Please be nice to them and they'll take care of you.

Don’t even bother making an appointment for the free a/c check, they’ll just call you 10 minutes before-hand to cancel it. Like what was the point of making an appointment prior if no time or worker is going to be set aside to work on it? Waste of time.

Pep Boys has been the only auto shop I've dealt with through the years that has remained consistent with quality service and upgrades that make this experience easier to deal with. Whether it's an unforeseen situation or a planned visit, like the most recent one I had regarding my AC unit, Pep Boys and its crew has done an excellent job keeping me informed and handling the issue in a timely matter. I love the ability to not only book online, but to also receive vehicle updates and a digital copy of the customer report sent to your smartphone before checking out. I am very satisfied with the recent services I received.
