Being a shop owner myself, this was a new experience being on the opposite side of a repair. My daughters car had issues while driving from our home in NJ to SC. Would not recommend for Mercedes Staff was friendly and professional Dealership had a new transmission vice a rebuild from Griffin supplier. Cost of repair at Baker Mercedes was almost a thousand dollars less.
