Had a misfire on my number four cylinder on my 2003 civic. Wanted to get it taken care of while I was at work. They charged me over $428 for four spark plugs and ONE ignition coil. Plus over an hour of labor for a 15 minute job. I should have just done it myself. This place will rip you off I do not recommend. They didn’t even offer a veteran discount. They didn’t spell my name right or get my phone number right. I’d say complete incompetence from shop to front desk. Maybe they thought because I have a PA license plate they could take advantage of me. But I live here now…. Service: Engine repair

Fast but efficient, most of the parts are stocked on sight. Competitive prices. When I called Stokes Kia for an appointment for an oil change, the 1st available one was 1 month out. I called Carter & Sons and it was done the next day. Thank you
