AAA Action Auto Body

I was in an accident on 5/5 and it really threw everything off track for me. I called every auto body shop in Charleston. Every shop gave me a time frame of August-September to be able to fix my car. I immediately panicked, I kept searching. All of a sudden AAA auto body shop populated. I spoke to the mechanic and he told me to bring my car in so he can look at it. I brought my car in on 5/15 and I just picked up my car on 6/7. This was the BEST service EVER!! The manager was extremely nice and helpful and it did not take long for my car to be fixed. If it wasn't for AAA auto body my car would still be damaged and sitting in one spot. THANK YOU so much for your service!!!!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with this business, Mel and everybody at action Auto did a phenomenal job helping me get rid of a an annoying door dent. Not only did they knock the job out same day but stayed late to make sure the job was done right and they did it for a fair and affordable rate, far less than anyone else had quoted me. I also had an awesome conversation with Mel's son who like me is a veteran. It was awesome catching up with a veteran brother! Awesome conversation that made you feel welcome!
