Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went to get my front driver side tire replaced got my car and the replaced the back driver side tire. When asking them why they tried to tell me there was wires showing on that tire. I asked for my front driver side to be replaced not my back tire I just had my car serviced before going down so I was aware of my back tire not showing wires as it was. They don't listen to what you ask for DO NOT GO here to service your vehicle it's a waste of time. They didn't even talk to me about my car or tell me they was replacing the back tire and not the front. Talked to the manager there and he was of no help at all. So wake up this morning to a flat tire on vacation why because Walmart can't follow requests when bringing in a vehicle. To top things off they weren't even willing to fix their mistake. I also asked for the cheapest tire they had only to be told that the only one they have for my car is the most expensive one they have. I will NOT do business with them at all here period. Out of town and needed an oil change. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my car, I drove back to my hotel, 10 mins away to find oil spilling everywhere. Made it back to the Auto Care and I was told all the oil had leaked out of the car. The stores manager Kevin L. attitude was uncooperative and negative for the Auto Centers error. I wouldn't recommend their Auto Center to anyone.

Got me in last minute for four new tires. Gave me a couple options and pricing upfront. They were super nice and got my ride driving like new! Service: Tires
