NTB-National Tire & Battery

Had an appointment for 2:30 this Friday which was made on the prior Tuesday. After wasting my only day off the tell me they are behind. Car was never done. I picked the car up. What a wasted afternoon. I’m done with NTB

Had a scheduled appointment today. Walked into employees sitting on couches, asked what can we do for you. I said hello I have an appointment. Was greeted with a “good for you”. Expressed concerns about a leaking fuel line coming from fuel filler neck and a suspension component and a usual oil change. 24 minutes later oil change and given vehicle back stating they could not find any of my concerns. They didn’t even look or want to do the work. Drove around the corner and could see as I mentioned to them and smell the fuel leak. I’ve been using this location for my daily drivers for the past 5 years and never again. I’m so upset that I have bought my current tires from them with warranty, because that would be the only reason I ever go back. I don’t usually leave reviews but today they wasted my time and have shown they do not want to take care of a customer.

These are some awesome people and they always take care of my tires and oil changes with care and professionalism. They also let me know when they notice any other issues I have that I may not be aware of. Thank you guys for all that you do it is very much appreciated!
