Meineke Car Care Center

I came across Meineke due to this center being one of those covered through my cars warranty and I’m grateful I chose them. Got a new car, check engine light came on within 24hrs with a thermostat code being the issue. I don’t know much about cars but when I went in I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly. She’s one of very few females in the shop and she knows her stuff. She’s VERY knowledgeable, professional, reassuring and friendly. Leaving the shop the first visit I fell informed and assured. She got me booked for an appointment and the process was everything that she told me it would be if not easier. They even had everything fixed within 2hrs and I was quoted 3hrs.
