Evans Family Paint & Body

Evans Family worked on my challenger on behalf of a local dealership. I was nervous, as previous body repair (initially performed by the dealership) actually resulted in new, more extensive damage to my fender. To my delight, Evans Family replaced and paint-matched the parts perfectly. When I noticed a minor imperfection—a plastic bit that did not sit flush—they fixed it on the spot. I am completely satisfied with their work and trust they will be able to handle the job if I ever need body work in the future.

Evans Family Paint & Body quite literally made my day. I had a small scratched area on my vehicle and to my surprise they were able to work me in right away. The blemish was gone and I was on my way quicker than two other body shop companies were even able to fit me in for the actual estimate. The staff were so polite and respectful. I will bring my business here in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for both excellent work and excellent customer service. I was told while given the estimate that when i come in they would arrange and handle everything including the car rental. That all i would need to do is drop the keys and go. THAT WAS A LIE. No one from Evans set up the rental. The rude older lady told me that i had to handle it. So i did. I was also told the repair 3-4 days tops. The SUV was there for 2 and a half weeks. I was never given any info on how long was the rental, would it be extended, why it was taking so long, and when it would be finished. I went in last week friday to speak to the manager and was apologized to a number of times. Was told by him that "he will make sure i received update calls. I had to call 3 times since! I was never called to even be told the car was done. I had to call in. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! Once i got my car there was a bubble in the paint, compound in the fenders. I was told they look over the cars so none go out with flaws.... THAT WAS A LIE. Services: P
