Great service and great communication, I've been able to rely on these guys anytime I've had any issues. The work is reliable and they have great prices on their services. The after hours drop off has saved me so much time! I really appreciate how detailed and transparent they are with their pre service inspections, the work they complete, and support when figuring out all kinds of different problems. Coastal car center is definitely my go to shop for anything pertaining to my vehicles. They always get me in the shop and back out as quickly as possible which is a must have for me with my work schedule. II II wish I could give them more than five stars. My problem was explained to me as if I am an intelligent person and not as a female who knows nothing about cars. Everyone was friendly and right at the beginning I was told that repairs would not be reccommended if they were not needed. Unfortunately the repair to the engine would be expensive for a car of its age. That they also told me. Ladies, if you need a terrific place for car repairs, Coastal is where to go. Eventually when I have to get another car, I am sticking with Coastal. Thank you to everyone.
