I had two transmissions put in a 2004 Silverado crew cab. Both from them. The first one lasted 40,000 miles and the rear main seal went. Charged me $850 to replace the seal. About a year later the shifter bushing fell out and I put a zip tie on it. Lasted forever. The second time, I drove the truck there. it wouldn't shift into second gear but reverse worked. I thought it might be a shift solenoid. The guy told me I needed a new transmission and he wouldn't repair it unless he changed the radiator that was leaking, so I said go ahead. I drove 7 miles before the warning alarms went off. The engine overheated. They never replaced it or even told me that they didn't. I started to wonder if they did anything, so I got under the truck to see if the zip tie was there and it was. The bill said I have to bring it back for inspection within 30 days and pay$100.00 for the inspection, or the warranty would no longer be valid Never again. Run a far and a fast as you can.!

Doug was a great listener and and helped me get my transmission shifting perfectly by resetting the computer on a 95 degree day in the parking lot. Doug was very helpful!
