Had a 12 PM oil change appointment and I arrived said they did not an appointment for me. Said I must have called the call center, I told them I planned my whole day around it. The guy never apologized or anything. He also was extremely rude, I will never recommend this place. Service: Tires

I wish I could give negative stars. I find it comical that “honesty” is a priority. (See attached photo from lobby). I would have loved for them to simply be honest about the time it would take to look at our car. Tell me to go somewhere else and I would have!!! We came in as out of towners with three kids, in a dire situation needing to get back on the road, (literally waiting to leave once it’s fixed), and Robert told us that he would get to it by the end of the day or worst case scenario first thing the next morning. We said fine. We then heard nothing, called in the morning, and were told “soon”. Still nothing by 10:30 and we drove to the store to check on it and he told us that he’d get to it in 30 minutes. By 1 pm it still hadn’t even been looked at. When Robert saw me back in the waiting room, knowing how we’d been treated, he hid behind the door and let the other rep handle the conversation and give us our keys. What a wimp!!! Robert Barela, the morning manager was clear with me about bringing my Genesis into the shop at 10am to have my air conditioning checked and re charged. He was clear that he was in charge and that it would be done. So I did. At 4:00 pm I learned that they had not begun the work and that I would have to leave my car overnight. They also tried to force an oil change on me, despite the fact that the tag on my windshield suggested I had over 2,000 miles before my next change. This is a Mickey Mouse outfit. Caveat Emptor.
