AVOID … Had a bad experience with my vehicle for undercarriage suspension repairs. Marc Stern lacks good customer service skills. Went back a second time since the front end noise was still there? He took in the car again and never gave an estimate and charged me another $1600. Total spent was $3400. Why did it take two different appointments to attempt to solve my suspension noise? The mechanic broke my engine wheel cover clips that was removed to replace the upper front ball joints. Marc did not make me aware and then they replaced the cover with some black sticky compound which does not secure the cover? I wonder why they did not double check the repairs and loose wheel tie rod issue that I discovered two weeks later! Not sure his mechanic is certified? Fortunately I had another shop inspect my front end and discovered the front driver side tie rod was loose? Why wasn’t this checked before I left their shop? Plus, I paid for a front end alignment with a loose tie rod earlier? Marc

We drove in with a problem with our Jaguar and left an hour later with it fixed perfectly! Mark is knowledgeable, very friendly and charges a fair price. I highly recommend BPC MotorWorks! Thank you Mark
