The Muffler Shop of Columbia

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Found out about them because an employee came into my work wearing his work shirt. They fixed my AC (which had been previously “fixed” a couple years ago but broke a few month later) in one day. I dropped my car off on the way to work and picked it up on the way home. They also explained the problem to me. I was super impressed with the level of customer service and the speed of service.

I've used this place personally and with businesses I've been involved with for many years. Today was my last time. I was quoted a price and my bill was drastically different, an additional $250 that really couldn't be justified. The money isn't the issue, it's the principle. And there literally was no explanation except "I can show you the bill". I want to know how I'm quoted $165 for the pipes from muffler back, materials labor and all the bending but (2) 4ft straight pipes in front of the muffler added an additional $250. We won't even talk about the 8:30 appointment that didn't start till 11:30. Glad I didn't drop off my other vehicle. I'll take everything to Brad's in Camden. I had my 07 Avalanche dyno tuned to correct the mistake of another tuner. This is were you want to go. I can honestly say I'm completely satisfied with the outcome of my truck. It runs perfect for me will be back to update tune as I add more bolt on accessories. Thanks for your help guys.
