Charged us for a 2 hour inspection when it's completely obvious they spent maybe, MAYBE 15-20 minutes looking over the car. In fact, I was told while I was driving to the place that the car was in the service bay waiting on our authorization for repair (which we did not end up authorizing ultimately), and when I drove by a few minutes later it was sitting outside a locked gate in the main parking lot. It was not moved that quickly because it was not running, and you can bet it was NEVER inspected inside the bay. They wanted to charge us over $400 for a tune up for starters, and I flat refused to do so because I knew that was not the issue with the car. So instead, we spent $228 for a 15 minute inspection. And, I was a repeat customer. Stay away from this place.

I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from Spinning Wrenches the technicians were very knowledgeable and was able to fix my BMW with a quick turnaround.
