Had a starter die on me before an 8 hour road trip home! They got it in immediately and I was back on the road within 2 hours. Great service, reasonably priced!

The team at Precision do a great job of communicating with you. They are not working the upgrade angle. No pressure sales. They have my business from now on.

On our way home to Ohio from Florida we had our water pump go out a mile before the exit to this shop. Even though we were there close to closing the employees took great care of us, going above and beyond what I've seen in other shops. When we drove back two days later to pick up our vehicle they even went so far as to return our rental to the airport. I am forever grateful for the kindnesses they showed us after the very difficult week I had been through. If you have to get repairs done, they are A++++++ in my book!
