Service was great. Same day service. Waited 30 minutes for my car to get cleaned. Appreciate the cleaning. When I rushed across town to pickup up my car after getting a text that it was ready. ???? Services: A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance
2005 S500 transmission fluid change. They failed to tighten the bolts back to the protective plate that protects sensitive electronics under the car. It tore lose within an hour of leaving the shop with the bolts still in it. When asked to replace it, their response was “we normally just rip those off and throw them away anyway.” Not sure I’d let these people touch an expensive car. Service: Transmission
