This place is the worst. My wife took her car to this place to get her alternator replaced and they ended up breaking her oil filter, stud, and failed to replace the oil dipstick. She had to pay extra because they blamed it on whoever worked on the car before them. When we took the car home it wouldn't start the next day. We tried to call the shop for weeks but they wouldn't answer. We figured they knew our phone number because it wasn't hard to book the first appointment. As a result my wife's car was down for over a month because of what presented as an alternator issue wasn't working after it was replaced. I eventually decided to take my wife's car to an honest shop I've used for years. It turned out that Palmetto did place the alternator in the car, but they didn't connect it. I was relieved that I only had to pay an $50 diagnostic fee to find Palmetto's short comings. All of our time and money wasted because Palmetto was to afraid to stand by their work.
