Land Rovers are always in need of repair. I connected with Import Specialties when my AC went. They were one of very few locations that service them. They did a great job for much less than the dealership wanted. Since then, they’ve repaired steering and driveline issues. Each time they held to their estimate and schedule. They’ve become my go-to repair shop!

David is very knowledgeable and wants to fix vehicles not just sell you parts. They are very honorable and very passionate about servicing and repairing your vehicle. This place is a joke and has the WORST customer service. I brought my car in to install a thermostat and also get a headlight issue diagnosed about 4 or 5 months ago. I happily paid for the thermostat but denied the headlight because they were trying to charge me almost a thousand bucks to fix the issue. I obviously didn't have that much money to drop on an issue that wasn't extremely dire, so i denied the fix and paid their $156 diagnostic fee. Well a month goes by and my car starts overheating. I take it back to them and find out it due to their own negligence. While my car was there, I had them diagnose another issue. They fixed their mistake (and charged me for the coolant, even though they caused the issue) and quoted me at least over $1,500 to fix the other issue. (They were trying to charge me multiple diagnostic fees, too, for some reason.) Well the thing is, the other issue was easily fixable, so I didn't want to pay their ridiculous fee when it could be fixed at home. Now a c
