Galeana Body Shop

Galeana body shop did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. When I got it back, I could not tell that it had ever been wrecked either in the car’s appearance or in the way it drives. The staff there are also amazing. They were very kind, very helpful, and very understanding any time I called to check on the status of my repair (special shoutouts to Makayla and John). DO NOT GO HERE. Our car has been in twice and it is still coming back with a check engine light. They are not returning phone calls, no communication, providing false statements on receipts of what was "fixed", refusing to take accountability for their work, showing indifference to our situation. Amazing experience! I was on a road trip to the beach when I hit a loose tire. The undercarriage shield of my car broke off and was dragging. I took it to Galeana, and they took care of it before I could finish eating my bagel. Now I’m back on the road and I will make it to my family reunion. Galeana service was 5/5.
