Was charged $32.99 after presenting a company coupon for $29.99 oil change. My appointment was for 3pm, and I didn't get my car back until 4:30p. There were 2 cars in the bay area when I arrived, never thought I would be there that long for an oil change. Service: Oil change
MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE This location is quite busy, even for a Tuesday morning. Several people went elsewhere when they heard how long the service would take. I got charged the price I was quoted so they're honest. That's rare from a mechanic's shop. The only sticking point would be that their waiting room's (which is quite nice, actually) phone charging station was not working or plugged in or something. Not that big of deal. And it isn't as if I said anything either, so it's kinda on me.
