The Gervais street Firestone staff is amazing and very helpful. I used to get all my repairs and service done at Audi but after my experience at this store, I have switched to Firestone. Also, the pricing is 1/3 of what Audi charges.
Service was so great! Nick is an exemplary employee and is a definite plus for the company. So professional, yet pleasant and accommodating. Kudos to Nick!
We were on a trip and got a flat while driving on the interstate approaching Columbia. Roadside assistance helped get our vehicle here. We had a great experience here and got back on the road after a short wait. Nick did an excellent job communicating with us during this time.
