Easy in and out. Pleasant young man and an employee, a gentleman, explained what the problem had been and now corrected.
So if charging me significantly over the quoted labor cost wasn’t bad enough, they were kind enough to stick the old parts in my trunk for ME to dispose of, despite charging a disposal fee…who does that?
I would recommend this business for great service and attention to our unscheduled truck suspension/brake repair! They took our truck in late in the afternoon, stayed late that night and had it out first the next morning. They stayed to get it done and we appreciated the effort, attitude and professionalism.
